While the Clintons were on vacation their parrot died so the housekeeper bought a replacement. She found the exact duplicate of their dead parrot, but the shopkeeper warned her that this parrot had lived many years in a house of ill-repute.

When the Clintons returned, Chelsea walked in first and the parrot said, "Too young."

Hillary came in next and the parrot said, "Too old."

Then the President walked in and the parrot said, "Hi Bill!!"
